At Foothills Studio, our ceramic coasters are made to last, using a unique sublimation process on specially coated ceramic tiles. Here’s what makes them different (and why they don't stick to your mug).
We print our artwork in-house using special sublimation dyes, then combine it with the ceramic tile under extreme heat and pressure. Inside the heat press, the tile’s coating softens just enough to absorb the dyes as they turn to gas, merging the image right into the surface. When the tile cools, the coating returns to its original state, locking in the design. No glue, no Mod Podge, no sticky resin—just art that’s literally part of the coaster.
Our most popular coasters feature a wide range of artwork from our talented artists at Foothills Studio. We also create custom coasters with public domain images or even personal photos and artwork by request contact us to make arrangements. Our coasters sell for $10 each. If you buy three the fourth one is free. We have flat rate shipping for $10 for the first item and $5 each additional item, and up to four coasters count as a single item for shipping purposes..
