Defective Products Only


At Foothills Studio, we strive to deliver high-quality products that you’ll love. We accept returns for defective products only, such as items with manufacturing flaws (e.g., damaged fabric, incorrect printing, or missing components). We do not accept returns for non-defective items, including issues related to size, color, or personal preference.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the defective product must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

  • The defect must be reported within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt).

  • For in-store purchases, the same conditions apply.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at jack.hunt@foothillsstudio.com or call 740-294-4592 within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the defect, and photos of the issue.

  2. Approval: We’ll review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the item.

  3. Ship the Item: Return the defective product to 416 N. Whitewoman St

    Coshocton, Oh, 43812 . Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for lost return packages.

  4. Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you about the status of your return.

Refunds or Replacements

  • For approved returns, we offer a full refund to your original payment method or a replacement item (based on availability), at your choice.

  • Refunds will be processed within [5-7 business days] of receiving the returned item. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction.

  • Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items


We do not accept returns for:

  • Non-defective items, including those ordered in the wrong size, color, or design.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

  • Custom or personalized t-shirts, unless defective.

In-Store Returns
If you purchased a t-shirt at our physical store, you may return defective items directly to [store address] within 30 days, following the same eligibility criteria. Bring your receipt and the defective item for inspection.
