Our Art Journey to Grove City!

Our Art Journey to Grove City!

We've been eagerly anticipating sharing our creations with the wonderful community of Grove City, Ohio, since our invitation last year. We chose January and February for this exhibit because, let's be honest, these are our quietest months at Roscoe Village when tourist traffic dips. The rest of the year, we're buzzing with studio visitors!

We had planned to set up our exhibit on January 6th, but Mother Nature had other plans with a major snow event. Plan B kicked in, and on January 7th, we loaded three vehicles and made our way to Grove City. Meeting Edith at noon, we got right to work hanging our pieces, racing against time for a 2 pm meeting in the council chambers. So, apologies for the rushed video - but please understand the urgency!

The Grove City Art Concern, established in 1991 by the City Council, is all about enriching the community through arts and culture. The new City Hall's council chambers were thoughtfully equipped with art hanging hardware, making it an ideal venue for exhibitions like ours. We are beyond grateful for this opportunity and extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who made this possible.

If you find yourself near Grove City, do stop by the City Hall at 4035 Broadway St. to see our work and enjoy this fantastic space. Our exhibit runs from now until February 28th. Don't miss out!
